Completely renovated in 2014, the new Brian Jessel BMW includes an all-new BMW M Showroom, one of only 7 BMW i Brand Centres in Canada, the BMW Lifestyle boutique, and our 5 star customer lounge. With this renovation, Brian Jessel BMW wanted to once again raise the bar for auto retail customer experiences in Vancouver. Therefore, it was crucial that the new customer lounge feel more like having a cocktail at a five star hotel, rather than some dealerships' customer lounges, which tend to feel more like waiting in a dentist's office. The end result exceeded even Brian Jessel BMW's expectations.

Some of the amenities offered in the new lounge include luxurious leather seating, an eight-foot marble fireplace, several very large flat screen TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi, complimentary phone charging stations, complimentary newspapers and other periodicals, complimentary fresh ground coffee, tea and fresh pastries.
