2023 BMW M3
BMW’s 2023 M3 has been completely revamped for 2023, and you can now personalise your M3 with various available packages.
What’s New for 2023?
While the 2023 BMW M3 doesn't differ much from the 2022 version, it features upgrades, such as a bigger touchscreen with additional infotainment options. The car has new paint colour options, such as Frozen Pure Grey metallic. You can check the specs of last year’s model here. You can get the basic 2023 M3 at $89,500, and the top trim starts at $96,400.
Performance & Fuel Economy
The 2023 M3 packs a TwinTurbo 3.0-litre six-cylinder engine with 473hp and 406 lb-ft of torque, giving a maximum speed of 280km/h. It can get you from zero to 100km/h in 4.2 seconds. You get all this from a six-speed manual transmission, while there’s also an option for an eight-speed automatic transmission on its xDrive trim.
Moreover, it comes standard with rear-wheel drive (RWD) and has an option for all-wheel drive (AWD). Speaking of performance, it has a fuel tank of 59L, offering 14.7L/100km in urban areas and 10.1L/100km on highways.
The interior of the BMW M3 gives a sense of luxury mixed with a futuristic layout with leather seats and a newly designed curved touchscreen. You can access Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and Bluetooth by rotating the button on this magnificent 37.84cm touchscreen. Plus, it features a 16-speaker Harman Kardon audio system with the latest audio technology.
Although it’s available for five passengers, two passengers can sit comfortably in the back seat. The car's cargo space is spacious enough for a vehicle of its category, and the legroom is acceptable, especially for the driver and front seat passenger.
Overall, the M3 has a superb sportive look with a four-part grille that helps it with aerodynamics, and a sunroof comes optional. It offers more than half a dozen sorts of iconic paint colour options, such as Toronto Red, Isle of Man Green, Frozen Portimao Blue, Aventurine Red III, Frozen Brilliant White, and Dravit Grey, to name a few.
Safety and Driver-Assistance Features
The 2023 M3 is equipped with the latest technology to make the road safer. Its Driving Assistant Professional package system includes safety features, such as a pre-collision system for the reverse, a lane departure warning system, blind-spot detection, and lane-keeping assistant with active side collision protection. All of these are designed to keep you and your family safe on the road and on those long weekend trips.
