The three-row, 7-passenger 2019 BMW X7 SUV is BMW's largest vehicle to date, and it's coming soon.
Making their mark in the large utility vehicle market, it's one luxurious and powerful SUV. You can be among the first to experience the 2019 BMW X7 in Vancouver at Brian Jessel BMW. Drop by at your convenience and speak to a team member about it's launch and scoring yourself an invitation to it.
Previously, BMW's X5 served as their 3-row offering, but it isn't a full-size SUV. The X7 will fill that void, offering generous space and comfort for all passengers, wherever they happen to be seated.
At first glance, the X7 makes a very bold impression. Not only is the vehicle big, but so is the large kidney-shaped grill. It's placement between the slim twin headlights makes it appear even wider than it is.
Two engines are available for the X7. On the X7 xDrive40i, there is a 335-hp, 3.0L 6-cylinder, and on the X7 xDrive50i a 456-hp, 4.4L V8. Each is paired with an 8-speed Steptronic automatic.
BMW has really ramped up it's driver assistance and advanced safety systems. Based on sensors and radar, the X7 is loaded with tech to make your drive both easier and safer. Available as an option on the 40i and standard on the 50i is BMW's Driving Assistant Professional package. It features semi-autonomous driving, that allows for hands-free and pedal-free at speeds below 60 km/h on certain roads.
This system is centred on a tiny camera placed in the instrument cluster, which checks to make sure the driver's eyes are open and on the road.
The most common advanced safety features like Blind Spot Detection, Rear Collision Warning, Lane Departure Warning and Cyclist Detection Warning all come standard on the 40i. The 50i gets all of these, plus Parking Assistant Plus which offers both a 3D and a panoramic view. BMW's new Intelligent Personal Assistant is also installed, helping drivers to communicate with the vehicle the way they do with their smartphone.
It wouldn't be a BMW without a luxurious interior filled with comforts. The cabin is spacious and exudes a sense of exclusivity. It is filled with high-end natural materials, soft to the touch and of incredible quality. Seatback monitors keep rear passengers entertained and a panoramic glass allows the sun to flood throughout the entire cabin, while generating a sense of immense spaciousness. This glass roof illuminates to welcome you into the vehicle or to create a sense of mood, especially effective after dark. Attention to detail is obvious, as is well-designed functionality and ambiance.
Distinctive and elegant, there's a reason why this will be the German automaker's flagship. For those who aspire to more, and need the room to carry it all, the long anticipated 2019 BMW X7 SUV will be arriving in Vancouver at Brian Jessel BMW very soon.
